On that note, It's been about 8 weeks since we approved the test pressings and Rainbo estimates an 8 - 12 week turnaround time after test approval. It could mean that we'll have records in a week ... or it could be a little longer. We're pretty much at the mercy of the man.

This album went gold, is considered by many to be a landmark release in the genre, and is lots of people's favorite album. I don't see where the confusion is.

Nah mostly I'm just wondering why Direction is so criminally underrated. Like, Island is one of the best songs to come out of that whole scene right there. Plus Birds, Somebody's Gonna Miss Us...just a ton of super catchy pop rock jams.

a simultaneous shark/squid attack but really, i was just born like that.. no one knows why. one time in 8th grade a kid called me a crack baby and i broke his nose and almost got expelled. i was more pissed that he basically said my mom was on crack, than him making fun of me...it was awesome.

Ill post details when it finialized

Tests are being pressed tomorrow I'm being told. They will be on random colors and every record will be different. I won.t send any tests out to anyone till the jackets come in. The test pressings come with die cut covers but not printed. Should be fun. I.ll have pictures tomorrow. Cheers. Todd

Props to HT for cleaning this up. I'm not going to buy it, because I'm fine with the other one, but at least huge fans of the band can get a better version of it now!

Yeah, the best way to show HT you're upset with the poor quality of the original product is to buy the appropriate version as well months later.

I guess for me, they've always had a fresh sound. Being on the east coast I can always hear the "west coast sound" in certain bands. It's almost like a really raw screamo version of hardcore. I love it, and Comadre has always hit me in that spot. I know there is plenty of fucking bands that are DIY as fuck, but I always felt like they had a certain passion that I didn't get from most bands. I recently bought an older pressing of Burn Your Bones and it had the original outer sleeve w/ original promo sticker which says "This cost less than $10 to make, pay accordingly" That's whats up. Also, they are comprised of two sets of brothers and a good friend. Same 5 dudes from beginning to end, you don't see that very often anymore, especially in hardcore. Anyways, sense you're a west coaster you should recommend me some bands. I listen to a lot of No Sir, La Bella, Punch, Loma Prieta, and Beau Navire..among others. Anything? You should also sell me some of those Comadre 7''s on the cheap!

so today after getting the round-about i got a hold of a supervisor. I was (what sounded) sincerely apologized to, told i would be receiving a written one from the woman who "helped" me, she will be handled accordingly, AND was told that i was given horribly wrong information. 1. she could NOT threaten to arrest me, they don't do that at the court house. 2. they do not have the power to drop and cases, even though i was told so. 3. I could have walked out of there without paying or setting a court date So i will be going to the court date with said commander from earlier posts, and a representative from a disability advocate in TX, and if i am found guilty I will not be paying the fine and going to jail, and i will file a suit against the city/state. I refuse to let the system win. PUNK ROCK.

Illusion is the best thing this band has ever done.

"Midlife Crisis" was one of the first cassettes I ever bought. My mom asked the guy at Sam Goody if there was bad language in the song, and he said if there was you can't tell b/c the lyrics are indecipherable. Still remember being amazed at the b-side of Malpractive, never heard anything like that before.

I like the vinyl, I like that it sounds better than the counterfeit. Allegedly it was pressed by the plant responsible for Music On Vinyl, if so it's unfortunate as it doesn't stand up well compared to the original LP or the CD and I've loved CBS/Sony Harlem / Record Industry (Music On Vinyl) for years. The matrices do suggest that the Dutch plant were responsible for this and the other underwhelming reissues that came out with it.

Love all the A/C records -- each has something to offer in its own right including End of the Ring Wars (the one I put off initially as the 'grower'). Lost Songs has one or two I'm tempted to skip over, but that's about it. After > 10 listens, Illumination Ritual definitely has met or exceeded every expectation! Now, if these guys would hit the East Coast sometime

I was under the impression that amazon had everything. I've never looked for human organs, but I know when the time comes that I have to, amazon will come through for me.

The tunes on this record are great but the artwork/presentation really puts this thing over the top. One of best looking records I've picked up a long time. Great job by the band and label. Grab one of these.

I've had the S3 since August '12, I think. Around that time, anyways...this is the first phone I'm content with having for the 2 year contract There are enough customization to keep my busy for a while. Also, the amount of technology crammed in this thing will keep it current enough for a 2 year span.

yeah, the blue looks a little weak and the album isn't my favorite thing by them. still stoked to get it just for Big Bag of Sandwiches though. I love Wavelets so much.
