The new formula of Follow Your Heart's Mozzarella cheese is really good. It's firmer and tastes exactly like mozzarella, I could eat it plain out of the pack. It would be a good one for cheese and crackers. I'm gonna grab some of that Kala Namak try it out with tofu egg salad.

I didn't even realize this was a concept album. I hear there is a pre-gap track on the CD also.. I have to go through my stack and see if I can find it. Pretty good album so I purchased, but hope they press the first album also which I think is a bit better. Edit: The singer dude is married to Cerie from 30 Rock too. I found all of this out after a google search last week while watching an episode.
