Whenever you see an album go down across all digital services, it's usually because the label or artist switched distribution channels so it needs to be taken down and re-solicited (read: essentially re-released via their new distributor, really) or the rights to the material changed hands (like a band buying back the rights to their master recordings or a label being in breach of contract / a label's license term is expired and material then reverts back to the band — orrrrr there just never was a contract at all and the band / their manager strong-arm a smaller label into forking over that material from their catalog because their is no legal ground for them to have it in the first place). It usually pops back up within a month. Nothing to do with the services hosting the material. Sometimes bands just hate their older material and choose to take it down though ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Oh, and I have no idea what the specific cause for it being down in this case is — just saying!
