Yup, it was me. I designed this shirt in 2005. I just found the art file and decided to put it up on TeePublic. It was the first t-shirt I designed to sell on our own. I'd been selling seven inches at a show, and made a sign that turned into a shirt. That year, we sold it at Comic Conventions, and during San Diego Comic-Con, a buyer from Hot Topic approached us. I was actually working at a Hot Topic store in our local mall, so I thought that was funny. He wanted to test it out in certain markets, maybe order 100, or even 700 tops. After SDCC, he got in contact and upped his order to 7000. This was December 2005. Straight up, they ordered way too many way. In 2005, vinyl was still very niche, and they sold it at my store a bit. Nowhere near what vinyl is doing now. I'm amazed anyone could still find it at Hot Topic in 2007, mostly because they marked that shit down after it shipped. We still sold it for a few years until I stopped screen printing. That was our first and last Hot Topic order. The buyer who ordered it left shortly after the sale. But it started us on a crazy, decade long bout of self-employment and weird projects. It's weird how a dumb shirt idea became a way to pave our own path.

So i just heard back from the band. The tracks that were listed on their setlist as "New Terrain" and "Kan Du Sluta" are now "Off The Beaten Path" and "Ikaros". That means that the first song in that clip above is the end of "Ikaros".

Picked up the Cosmic Cycler repress. Also my copy of the Surfing Vinyl came in, thankfully not warped, and apparently George threw in a Summer Nights 7". I won't be home for another week or so but I'm open to trading it or selling for a reasonable price, since I already own a copy.

After Kevin and Jason hyped up The Cocteau Twins, I gave Heaven or Las Vegas a listen and love it. Grabbed a copy for $10 off discogs, since it has a spit seam on it. Also grabbed the Case / Lang / Veirs, since John and others talked about it a bit. Never heard any artists involved before, but damn it is good.

I got the 180g black for about $19 ppd via Amazon. Didn't let myself be swayed by fancy colors this time!

A mate state side (im from Aus) recently went along to his Portland Pop up shop (i think it was Portland) and picked up some wicked prints.....he also took the time of showing Baizley my recent Tattoo of the Feather and Nails from the Golgotha 7"....Baizley apparently seemed pretty stoked and thought it was wicked....mate got a picture of Him with it hahaha bit weird but it was a killer suprise. Cant wait for them to tour again in Australia so i can get to another pop up....the one here last time was awesome

There used to be so many bands I disliked more for their annoying fans than their music which now that I've mellowed out I don't mind hearing in the background (and occasionally may even queue up on Spotify): Radiohead, Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Sublime, etc... But not Dave Matthews. Never Dave Matthews.

This is being repressed later this year if you want to avoid paying a big price. Trever said that the S/T, Big Choice and Don't Turn Away are all getting repressed this year thru his Antagonist label.
