Caspian and Appleseed Cast Round 2 was awesome. Higher energy (didn't think that was possible) and the sound was a lot better. No 'Sycamore' but I did finally get 'Fight Song' (by audience vote) and also got 'Ghosts of the Garden City' (I got 'The Raven' last time). Glad I was able to see them while I'm up in Chicago. Took a coworker who's fairly new to the genre and he was pretty blown away. Good times.

My father went on a rant last night as we were watching the episode. He's all pissed and fed up with the Rick & Co. being all "pendejos" now for letting Negan manipulate and intimidate them now as he has been. I didn't even bother attempting to reason with him on the whole point so far of the show and how it played out in the comics. It was all too amusing to see him getting riled up and declaring that he will not watch anymore.

yeah.. i got excited when I found out they used those plates and figured it would be solid but they once again dropped the ball and this was the my final straw with them. not nearly as bad as my acid rap copy but still pretty pathetic considering how fantastic the original version sounded. on a positive note I was talking with Kno and he told me Will Rap For Food is being pressed right now so that will be available again at least.

Everything AM touches is gold. Will be preordering this for sure.

This actually a map of all those in the U.S. that own a copy. The red denotes already having 1-3 variants and the blue represents 'shipping confirmation.' Also the average copy per household (not noted in key) is 2.7 Mexico and Canada are holding out for the box.

My copy finally arrived today and true enough, in the Pilsner variant. Just wanted to say a quick thank you for the headsup! Very, very happy with how it looks. Definitely one of the best looking records in my collection. (Also arrived in near flawless condition, no seam splits on the inner or outer sleeve, which happens alot for international shipping.. and minimal warp - I've received albums that are so crazily warped its like my tonearm is dancing on a sine wave..) They also did a great job with the packaging, I liked the contrast between the finishing on the front and back panels of the gatefold, I do believe this is the first album that I own with this. It did have a bit more background noise than I had expected though.. I cleaned it before listening but it was still a noticeable amount. Still, all is good. Love the songs on this album. I've been a Caspian fan for quite awhile (When I had initially gotten on the post-rock bandwagon.. along with bands like Sigur Ros, EITS, TWDY), but it waned after awhile and I only started getting back into them after watching/listening to the audiotree session and when I started buying vinyl earlier this year. Definitely second that (third or rather..) on the audiotree session being pressed. Loved it and I still go back to listen to it on a regular basis.

Sometimes, there's no saving face. You just gotta do your best Martin Shkreli and annoyingly embrace the role of villain.
