They really need to get on some legit Stereolab reissues. The 1972 pressings are bullshit.

When the center labels are even a fraction off center it completely degrades the audio quality. A true audiophile can hear it like nails on a chalkboard. Unless you're using a Crosley just throw those records in the trash.

I can empathize with feeling angry and helpless. There are large swaths of people who have been left out and left behind and the current system is trending more and more away from helping them lead productive, meaningful lives. What I don't empathize with is the choice to aim that anger and apply the blame toward immigrants, poor people, minorities, gays, or any sub group that isn't in charge of our system and is historically just as kicked down by our system as you are feeling. It's a distraction and it doesn't benefit you or improve your situation. It's not about being nice either. I think it's ok for people to be selfish and get what's best for themselves and advocate for themselves. If we all fought for what was needed to improve our lives, I can guarantee it would help everyone.

I buy almost every fat release on color I can get. It's my nitch when it comes to collecting vinyl. 2003 was my year for fat wreck. I got into it around 2000 from NOFX, but 2002 is when I started going to my first shows and discovering the fat catalog. That being said, I would buy every one of these releases except maybe one or two. They'd probably be around $20 shipped if I did that. It's cheaper this way, plus there's exclusive stuff. And I'll sell the couple I don't want and end up making a good amount of the cost back. Bought immediately. Just hope I made it in time for the limited 7".

Hopefully that means it'll be readily available in indie stores.

Wow. I really hope that is real. I also really hope that Lateralus is remastered in proper track order. I also hope that NONE of these are fucking picture discs. Can't wait to see how these come out. I also really hope that got a vinyl cutting genius like Golden or Ludwig on this as well.
