Will Hot Topic have an exclusive color for this?

I know they’re not going to win any design awards, but most of their album covers are sort of arty in a playful way. They don’t look polished, but they have a lot of color. This one looks like you just used an Instratram filter on a picture of nothing, and the typeface is horribly bad - like, so bad it goes straight past being ironically cool all the way around to bad again.

So I need that Cult leader lightless walk repress, anyone catching a date on the west coast tour that could grab me one, I’d appreciate it.!

They really went all out on the graphic design budget with this one.

Usually with a release that’s limited to 500 or less, retail gets kind of screwed on getting copies. I’ve also seen Midhaven/Revolver not be the best distro for a lot of bands. The cover for Smack Baby does look a little off. Failure style. Most major label represses I’ve come across have been this way. Not having the right files, which usually means not commissioned by the band, or shit got lost. Been 20+ years. And if Grass doesn’t get any money from this, good. Fuck them. They have enough Creed and Evenesence money anyways, they should have known to do this, and a fe other gems in their catalog, themselves.

In all honestly, I’d be really tempted to buy this if one of the items was a signed cucumber wrapped in tin foil. Spoilage be damned...
