the wax is hand poured! As far as I know, Wax Mage does this and the vinyl records always turn out to be damn beautiful

Just saw this on Jeremy Bolm's (Touche Amore's vocalist) instagram page.

A photo of the variant if anyone is interested. Was just nice in Chicago for Lollapalloza and had to drop by the Pop-Up Store. Mines 85/182.

Pretty big press, lots of variants that we don't know where they'll end up yet. One of them is an EU exclusive, I know that much, /4000 would be retail... rest, I don't know.

Not a fan of the artwork. Sucks that they are straying away from the thematic artwork that their last 7 records had. Always excited for new Silverstein though!

raynerho reacted to Derek™ in Out Now: The Used - Self Titled / In Love and Death Repress
Earlier on when he was brand new to the forums, and it was debatable whether or not he was actually trolling... I certainly was. But at this point I'm just stating the facts and trying to keep it real. He'll continue to claim he's "for real" but will then continue to post absurdly, in a fashion that completely negates any chance of anyone taking him seriously. It's a vicious cycle... but it's become such a redundant process that it just feels like clockwork now.

Sorry; I know I shouldn't contribute to this thread since I have hardly anything positive to say - if anything - but I can't help myself. I would be lying if I said I didn't enjoy seeing this thread near the top of the boards, now and then – a good string of replies and amusing wise-cracks usually follow, and it's a great start to the morning. At this point I think tug has just accepted that he's a troll and is fully running with it.

raynerho got a reaction from agua in WTB: Silverstein - Short Songs 2016 Repress Retail Variant (Light Yellow With Opaque Gray Splatter)
I dont think it is, just that I dont live in the States, so its hard for me to verify before purchasing. I've been screwed over by buying it from Amoeba and it turned out to be the first press.

I collect Silverstein, 100% so far for variants. Just managed to get 3 test presses in from Hopeless Records last night, super stoked!

raynerho reacted to Han Solo in PO: Silverstein - This Is How The Wind Shifts
I remember someone made a different thread for the represses a little while ago. As far as I know, the half blue / half white is a new retail press and the blue in clear should still be on merchnow.
-
raynerho got a reaction from Han Solo in PO: Silverstein - This Is How The Wind Shifts
That's me. Yes, 2 variants, 1 retail, 1 merchnow. The tour press is an overpress of about 90 records (with slight colour defect, which actually turned out pretty sick) from this pressing. Hence, these overpress are being sold as tour presses, with screenprinted TIHTWS art on old album covers!

raynerho got a reaction from cbbrew22 in Underoath - They're Only Chasing Safety / Define the Great Line Tour Repress
Apparently there is a new International version (which can only be bought with a VIP Bundle for Australia folks)
https://underoath.merchline.com/
Throwing myself into the queue if someone is going for the VIP but not looking to get the vinyl. Please get the vinyl for me!!

raynerho reacted to ethanpricington in Underoath - They're Only Chasing Safety / Define the Great Line Tour Repress
So are we all of the same thinking that we're gonna hear of a more widespread repress of this for general distribution/pre-order? If not, I would think they're leaving alot of money on the table...
