-
you don't help with this attitude...
-
also i use my digital stylus gauge again and its not accurate.. is normal to be like this?
-
I want to proper level my rack, platter etc. There are opinions about damaging cartridges with magnetic ones anyway thanks very much for the help! edit: tonearm starts to lose at this point..
-
yeah i try some records and is in the label so im allright or i have to fix it somehow? also i have another question about magnetic torpedos,is it safe or not? in some forums the views are divided..
-
here is a video with the problem.. or is it normal? as you can see in the end of the video, tonearm lowered down near the spindle..
-
i have another problem now, when i move the tonearm with my hands (with the cueing lever up!) In the middle of the platter starts to lowering and almost touch the platter.. photos

a positive reply at last,haha.. the model is sony mhc rg 490,i have it for ten years i think. im somehow relaxed about the leveling thing,im gonna try a torpedo level anyway just to see.. i also try an old pair of logitech speakers,i think the cart is bright and somehow lacks midrange.. also i see the VTF with digital gauze and its 1.6,the ortofon om10 is between 1.5-1.75 so its ok..

ok man its not my native language so dont be rude.. anyway thanks
-
the most aluminum ones are also magnetic so a 20cm plastic one is ok?
-
thanks for the info but VTA is not adjustable in debut carbon, also i cant find anything about how to check if VTA is correct. At the moment i don't have a torpedo level, can you tell a a good brand? i think not the magnetic ones, right?

tonearm start to move only in the last track as i can see.. No i dont notice anything like hum. I dont know how to check VTA.. also when i use a record and then the bubble the readings are ok,in platter itself the bubble has an error all the way when i place it in outer edge of the platter ,all the readings are in the opposite direction when i rotate it.
