      So far it's not too bad. Basically I just had to send an initial message to the seller. Then Paypal sends them an email alerting them of it and if they don't respond by a certain point you get your money back.

      It's not too much of a pain, but does take over a month for the claims process while PayPal attempts to contact the seller or whatever. Good luck, also your basically guaranteed to get your money back.
