My package is dead according to the tracking info...been tying to get a refund for 2 months. Have never dealt with a worse company.

did anybody else who preordered the deluxe from amazon get it sent to you WITHOUT a box? like they didn't ship it inside a mailer, just slapped my address on the actual shrink-wrap of the box set.
