One of my favorite albums, but with shipping to the U.S. it's $54 and change for me Amazon has it up for $59.98. Oof. Went to the NY show tonight, it was good, but Mark's vocals were pushed too far back. He kept cracking jokes about union guys working the sound, Town Hall wasn't the right venue for that imo. And the merch girl said they had two copies of Among The Leaves. They were gone by the time I got there and apparently all the vinyl sold out, at least what Mark was willing to sell. Gustavo was great with a cellist. No complaints aside from spending the money I was gonna use use on Among The Leaves on booze. Oh well.

Ugh. Amazon oversold their pre-orders and a rep told the next shipment is 7-10 days. I wish they would have notified me. They gave me a nice credit but I'm still frustrated. I was really looking forward to getting my hands on this today. That's what I get for not supporting Young God directly. Did this happen to anyone else?
