  1. I really enjoy it as well. Super chill. Perfect album for today's Sunday morning breakfast.
  2. Amazon just sent me an email saying this album should be delivered to me between May 9 and 16th. Hope you got a similar message!
  3. Contact Mills Record Company in Kansas City. They had like 30 SDREs on RSD and a bunch of Biggie's. Doubtful they sold them all. Not sure if they do mail order. They probably do. They're good people.
  4. I think Lakeshore was selling signed copies of this on their website for $100. Maybe they are sold out now. If I were you, I'd check there before shelling out $150.
  5. How many tracks per artist? Colored vinyl? Any packaging details?
  6. I placed an order on Amazon. It's temporarily out of stock, but is $35 for Prime members. They may fulfill it, and they don't charge until it ships.
  7. I grabbed the SDRE Rising Tide... 2xLP on clear in polyvinyl lined sleeves. Sounds incredible on my Rega. A+ reissue. Also, The Cinematic Orchestra Ma Fleur. 2xLP at 45rpm on opaque blue vinyl. Minor surface noise, but very pleased overall, especially since I didn't know they were going to be pressed at 45rpm.
  8. Listening now. Sounds incredible. Great mix, bass hits hard, yet the sound is well balanced. Track 3 on side B is especially potent. Happy to finally own this album. Thanks Ghostly
  9. The Before the Flood OST is officially out today. Kind of snuck up on me. Anyways, my local shop has the standard (unsigned, non-RSD) version for $44.95 plus tax. Amazon has it for $41 and some change.
  10. I just received my deadstock copy of Telefon Tel Aviv. First impression: Incredible! Heavy-duty gatefold jacket, that literally creaks as you open it. Very clean looking vinyl with only minor paper scuffing, especially for its age. Really pleased. Can't wait to spin this this weekend.
  11. The pressing is good, but the mastering is, in my opinion, too loud. I think it sort of reduces the dynamics of the album. Don't get me wrong, it still is an enjoyable listen, but it's a bit bloated with bass, which drowns out other details. I got through 3 sides yesterday and it was definitely causing some listening fatigue. Probably the loudest LP in my collection. Reminded me of listening to the brickwalled digital version of Plastic Beach.
  12. This Will Destroy You - Live in Iceland http://downloads.magicbulletrecords.com MBL160HACOAE0M
  13. Acoustic Sounds sells a lot of the albums pressed in Kansas at Quality. I have the H. Hancock Headhunters pressing by Quality and it's very good. I think they are geared more towards audiophiles, so they press a lot of jazz, classic rock, etc on 180 to 200g often at 45rpm. I didn't realize Wax Merge was part of Gotta Groove. I follow those two ladies and their hand pours on Facebook.
  14. Any news on when The Fragile LP is gonna ship out? Last I heard was "Spring 2017" When does spring technically end? May or June? RSD is probably slowing this release down, I imagine.
  15. Com Truise and Clark are going to have a 12inch split for sale on this upcoming tour. Saw it on Facebook. Limited information about the release currently available.
  16. Could be. I don't know enough about it. My albums from PP have Pirate Press stamped in the deadwax
  17. I'm interested in everyone's opinions about pressing plants. Which consistently put out quality presses of albums? Which press crap? I know other variables affect the quality of the sound (i.e., mastering, plating, source material, etc.). I've had great presses from Pirate Press, and terrible output from Memphis Vinyl (i believe that is the plant's name.). I'm interested in everyone's experiences. Or you can tell me to fuck off and go to the Hoffman forums.
  18. So how many TTA deadstock LPs were there? Let's hope they are not warped.
  19. Nick, are these OG copies shipping out immediately after purchase?
  20. Day Wave - "Headcase/Hard to Read" If you like Beach Fossils, DIIV, The Drums, Wild Nothing, etc., you will like Day Wave. www.memphisvinyl.com/downloads zzEyD
