Most of the people answering the phone does not have enough info on whats going on with your order. They will just tell you what they see in their computer Last thursday I called the to check why my backordered item (bosstones' Magic of Youth) wasnt fulfilled yet even though they have it in stock online... After a few munutes if discussion and telling me that they cannot do anything about it because they can only fulfill the backordered item when it is in stock, i gave up and told them that I will wait a couple of weeks for it then decide on it. To my surprise, after a few hours finished talking to them, I receive a shipping confirmation about that item. Seems like the CCMusic' office and their warehouse are not 100% updated with each other in regards of stock, shipping and other logistics info.

you can phone them (ccmusic) just to verify that your order is still good... they will just update your order if you still want it.

Placed my 3rd order Nov.14, got a partial shipping (5-LPs and 1-2XLP) notice Nov.18 and received it yesterday... fast shipping... but got dinged with brokerage fees of about $20...by UPS!

Yes, you need to declare all the stuff you are bringing to Canada. It depends on the Officer in charge if he's going to charge you with customs or inspect the car.

I am trying to do the same on my first order, contacted them and told me that the CC billing address should be the same as the Shipping address. Try to call them, they might be able to override the system by getting your order manually. Its going to be cheaper crossing the border rather than mailing it specially if you got a large order. Thanks. My order, which was supposedly cancelled, was shipped on the 23rd. They will just send me a return sticker so they can refund me the amount charged to my CC. i was given a seven digit tracking which does not work and their system is a bit dated since it wont show any updated since the time they shipped the items. Will just wait and see... btw, im from Canada and also worried that might be hit with customs, etc
