I am going to guess the title is "Children of the Moon".
Really looking forward to this, I just recently got starburst copies of their two on Tiny Engines and really loved their most recent.

It's such a shame, that there is never a european store for this band and their reissues.

This band should have never came back. Each new release is worse than the last. It's really a shame.

This band has lost me so hard.  RTR was the last record of theirs I think I actually jived with.  Tough to accept that was 4 year ago.
With each passing release these last few years, it’s becoming increasingly obvious that they captured lighting in a bottle with Rot Forever. 😕

Man, all of these anniversary editions they're doing really reminds me of better days. A big lot of the new stuff they have released the past years is not very good.

Happy Hecker release day.  New album is pretty easily my favorite thing he’s done since Virgins.  It’s pairing perfectly with the dense clouds and rainy weather closing out this week.

Snagged the represses a couple days back—crossing my fingers the recent repress campaign leads to a new album sometime this year.
Also would love to see a new Demdike Stare LP soon.

My copy of We Are The Romans sounds brilliant, and I have been having a lot of frustration revolving around a glut of poor vinyl pressings elsewhere recently (so I have been hyper-aware of when my records have surface noise/popping). I can confidently say that my copy (blue/black merge), at least, has no issues.

Hot Mulligan and Jail Socks openly talked shit about their business practices while being active bands on their roster. They didn't get paid, nobody could get their records, and yet all that money was going somewhere (to Chris.)  
 
It seems like every 2 or 3 years there's a new crop of naive enough bands to come around who don't know that No Sleep is a joke and No Sleep manages to pull a few decent emo bands and people think they're having a revival. Then bands flop, don't get paid, or Chris discounts their merch to 75% off once a month and nobody gets it mailed to them, and people starting talking online about it all not adding up. Then Chris finds people on Twitter and Reddit talking shit about his label and he makes a sappy Twitter thread about how all of people's complaints aren't any of his fault and that he's having a tough time and things aren't like they used to be. Rinse and repeat.

The new Massa Nera is freaking great. I saw them in 2019 and they're stellar live. If you have a chance to see them don't miss out.

feels to me like most bands know this whole revolver vinyl + NFT thing is toxic and just pissing people off because the quality of the releases that arent underoath or maynard-related are just getting worse and worse. i mean, a fucking staind live 2xlp for $70? i almost feel second-hand embarrassment for some of the other well known musicians that have attached their names to this thing that can barely move 100 records even though its not their fault. its because the program itself is a fucking joke.
 
people are only buying these underoath records because they think there's no other viable option (even though theyve been pressed before and are likely to be pressed again independent of these).  the only other records actually selling in meaningful amounts are the puscifer LPs for obvious reasons and even those are slowing up sales-wise.
 
i wouldnt have thought twice about picking up that bleeding through lp if it was released pretty much any other other way but i absolutely refuse to support anything associated with this. plus, the band has never said a single thing about it that im aware of which suggests to me they dont like it either. its a small sacrifice to make to not see these types of programs / prices become commonplace (if it does, thats the day i stop buying vinyl). 

If you’ve ever doubted that ETR’s interests were always rooted in gimmicky bullshit instead of actual music – and somehow ignored the absolutely drivel they’ve committed to vinyl over the years – I think this lays the argument to rest.
On the plus side this is hilarious.  Those write-ups are DeviantArt fanfic levels of bad.

You're better off waiting for a deal on the box set. I bought one for $120 a few months back on Discogs, and I know some people have gotten it for cheaper.

I wish in-demand releases would just do their variants then release like 1000+ on a solid color 2nd Press if the demand is there (clearly there is for this LP)
