I don't know why, but I purchased the non-signed version. I've never purchased an album that was this expensive unless it was a box set. the fear of missing out on this one was real. If they weren't acoustic, I would have said no since I'm sure they would have sounded like shit being recorded live and all.

Preordered a black deluxe since all my other deluxe editions are black.

Staying up to midnight just isn’t feasible for me when I have to be at work at 7 in the morning. Especially if I’m staying up just to make another purchase of at least fifty bucks ($250+? if it is their full catalog) But yeah a discography box set would be frustrating after all the individual deluxe reissues.

Going to try and nab one of those sand Dune variants.

Ordered the clear maroon from Rough Trade but I'm sure there will be plenty more variants coming out that I like more and will probably end up canceling because I don't want to pay the international shipping prices.

Yeah this release just doesn't make sense financially for me.

The animated artwork on Apple Music is really cool.

Wish they had included the bonus tracks, but whatever - I'm just thrilled this is finally being pressed.

I enjoy about half of the tracks on each of those records, but that's it. I wouldn't say they stink, but they are not up to Cursive's standards.
