  1. Looks like its only for the fall tour, but I will be for sure grabbing this once its becomes available.
  2. I would have picked up the repress had it had some new tracks on it, after all I'm sure my old copy could use to be replaced, but I'm not sure if i would sign up for VMP again just for the tracks that ill be listening to in a couple of months.
  3. Hot diggity damn! Saves me a couple hundred.
  4. If anyone with a VMP account could pick up the Monsters of Folk Repress, please shoot me a PM!
  5. I still need to get the previous set of these... Just preordered from Amazon, because that does seem cheaper than the past years.
  6. I kinda want to pick this up, but I'm not sure if I'll ever play it more than a few times. If I ever see this on the cheap though, I'll probably jump all over it.
  7. Grabbed 2Pac and RHCP. Two albums I've been meanin to pick up for quite awhile.
  8. Still waiting for SotN, but I was tempted by this release.
  9. If anyone needs a Weekend Forescastle pass, holla at cha boi!

  10. Ain't nobody shipping to me.
  11. Still haven't gotten my shipping notification yet
  12. Would you happen to have a track listing of this or DKC?
  13. Antoine Andre Patton, better known as Big Boi, AKA Daddy Fat Sax, AKA Sir Lucious Leftfoot, AKA Billy Ocean, AKA Francis the Savannah Caitlin Pimp, and one half of the mighty Outkast has his third solo album coming this summer called "Boomiverse". I know that when most people think back on Outkast, they think back on Andre 3K, but Boi has been putting out some solid work since going solo. However, his past two albums have been incredible. While I wasn't too big of a fan of Big Grams, I am pretty stoked about this. According to his instagram, "The 12-track project serves as the Southern MC’s third solo LP, and features the star power of Snoop Dogg, Gucci Mane, the late Pimp C, Run The Jewels’ powerhouse Killer Mike, Kurupt, Jeezy, Sleepy Brown and Curren$y. Boomiverse acts as Part 1 to a double album, although no information on Part 2 has surfaced as of yet. Boomiverse is expected to arrive on June 16. " Tracklisting: Da Next Day Kill Jill f. Killer Mike & Jeezy Mic Jack In The South f. Gucci Mane & Pimp C Order of Operations All Night Get Wit It f. Snoop Dogg Overthunk Chocolate Made Man f. Killer Mike & Kurupt Freakanomics f. Sleepy Brown Follow Deez f. Curren$y & Killer Mike According to the shop: 2LP – Blue/White Swirl vinyl Single Jacket w/Generic Sleeves 12”x24” 4/4 insert, with download code http://boomiverse.shop.musictoday.com/product/Y4LPBO01/big-boi-boomiverse-lp?cp=null I guess we are looking at three tracks on each side, though part of me secretly wishes he drops both part one and two at the same time. There are a couple of signed posters and packages that you can find at the page above. It comes out to like $30 after shipping.
  14. Shine Blockas from his first album was amazing, I can wait to see what they put together this time around. With that being said, I'm ashamed to admit that I'm a little wary of a Pimp C verse almost a decade after his passing, but who knows.
  15. So its come to my attention that a record of the Jet Set Radio Soundtrack was released. Anyone know anything about it? All I can find are +$100 versions for sale on Ebay and Discogs.
  16. Same. I found Ghost on Ghost used, but I never ended picking KEOC up. I guess looking back on it, that album was such a letdown compared to any of his previous works at the time. Overtime I've accepted Ghost on Ghost, but I don't think I've ever revisited KEOC.
  17. Gross. Those picture disc plastic sleeves suck.
  18. What the fuck is he going to sign if it's a picture disc? Hopefully it's an insert instead of on the actual record.
  19. PO'd!
  20. Damn! While I want to snag one of those, they are a bit too expensive for moi.
  21. Hi all! I live in the wonderful city known as Louisville, Kentucky. Each year, the city puts on Forecastle Festival which was...Founded in 2002 by Louisville native JK McKnight, Forecastle has grown from a neighborhood event to one of the country’s most anticipated summer festivals, drawing tens of thousands of fans from across the world to Louisville’s scenic 85-acre Waterfront Park. In addition to featuring a who’s who of musical acts such as Jack White, The Black Keys, Outkast, Widespread Panic, Beck, Sam Smith, Smashing Pumpkins, My Morning Jacket, Bassnectar, The Flaming Lips, Band of Horses, Sleater-Kinney, and The Avett Brothers, Forecastle has consistently promoted local artists as well as focusing on environmental activism and outdoor recreation. Past Forecastles have featured prominent organizations, industry leaders, and distinguished speakers, such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. (Riverkeepers), Rob Caughlan (Surfrider Foundation) and Christopher Childs (Greenpeace International). You can find more info at there site, here. Basically, since I am from Louisville, I attend the event every year. This year is no exception, and I already purchased a three day pass way back before the lineup was released. Unfortunately, a good friend of mine is getting married on Saturday, and therefore I will not be able to attend for a full day in which LCD Soundsystem will be playing. Thus, I am trying to sell my tier one weekend pass at cost (after fees), which comes out to $170. Now, I know what you're thinking! But, I can still buy the tickets online through the vendor! While that is true, you will still have to pay for fees, and will end up having to pay much more than $170. Thus, if you are interested please shoot me a PM! I can physically mail you a ticket, shoot you an email with an attachment, or (I believe) send it via ticketmaster.

  23. Went with Night! I echo the notion that it seems weird that it is just one LP, but whatever.
  24. Sucker for VS. Not too happy it's a picture disc, but whatever.
