  1. lol. Guy forgot to put a tracklist anywhere in this record. Big dummy.
  2. Love this record, but I'm passing on it. I have the original silkscreen blue and the tour copy, I'm happy with those. I also have the original 7"s, 2 on colored. so I'm perfectly happy.
  3. blows my mind. regardless of the off gas, its just a straight up bad look for a record.
  4. 10th anniversay (wow. time flies) https://www.omnianmusicgroup.com/products/oshin-10th-anniversary-reissue-pre-order but also, a box set of the first 3x7". great tunes there.
  5. Yeah, I Ioved it too. felt like it was their most consistant album since SBS. They really haven't made a bad album though. Schmilco is probably the one I connected with the least though.
  6. New double Album out in 4 weeks Cruel Country - May 27th. I’m guessing vinyl won’t be ready until the fall.
  7. Its gonna get a lot of All That You Can't Leave Behind comparisons, which will be annoying. Especially since that album is only have good and by all accounts this is start to finish great.
  8. They had sessions for AGIB, where in between YHF tour legs they would go in and just jam and do noise and just craft songs on the spot. If you have The Wilco Book with the CD, you have selections of those sessions. Jeff called them Fundamentals (He explains them in the Wilco Book and the booklet for the AMF compilation). I believe he said there are 4 or 6 discs worth of those jams and he wants to release them. Bob Dylans Beard and Panthers are 2 songs that came out of that. While there may not be many more fully fleshed out songs, I have no doubt there are different takes or baby versions of AGIB songs in there too. It probably won't be as satisfying as these demos on this YHF box, but if you like the weirder more experimental Wilco, I have zero doubt thats the bonus content for you. IF thats what goes into the reissue.
  9. I have the last box. I'll probably just put this one in with it. If it ever arrives (Been in MS since the label was created 2 weeks ago).
  10. The prices have to come way down after a few weeks. There’s 10,000 of them. The prices for the hand numbered /4000 7”s from her first LP don’t go for as much. I will be pricey for a 7”, but no way they go for more than $75 by this summer.
  11. I love gold records that solidified in a way that it still looks melty/liquidy.
  12. Also, kinda weird that the lead track is a Live track, and one that’s kinda sparse. Feels like it was an opportunity to highlight the alt versions/demos or an “unreleased” song. That would give this just a bit more attention.
  13. It’s got nothing in the file. Reservations is separate.
  14. I'm not so sure. Unless they cut a side differently, the 11LP description has each Demo set as having 2 LPs (well, 6 LPs of demos over 3 collections, so I guess 2 per set). One of those 3 sets is in the 7LP set plus the 5 LPs from the album and the live show, thats 7 discs. So unless one of those sides was cut differently, I'm not sure where the Sound Opinion live cuts are. The DL is only other offering with just the live takes from SO (the 8CD and 11LP having the full broadcast). Makes me think maybe the SO cuts are DL only. I guess we'll see, but I'll be a little bummed if those 5 songs are only available on the 7LP set, when they could have easily been included on the 11 too.
  15. They probably could have taken a day to make the site a little tighter and more descriptive.
  16. 2LP for the album 3LP live show The outtakes/demos LP being 2LP (like the album) makes sense. then 4 LPs for the other 2 outtakes/demos LPs makes 11. I think that must be the way it is. That makes sense.
  17. Do the descriptions make it sound like Sound Opinions (or the songs at least) are on vinyl in the 7LP set, but only on CD in the 11?
  18. No, he's not. But the demos really give an insight to what Jeff and Jay were setting out to do. You see the bridge between Summerteeth/Mermaid Sessions and YHF. If you're looking for more of what Jim brought to the table, the best you'll get is Jeff trying to do Jim w/o him around. But to hear the YHF material in its nascent stages is really cool too. Basically if you liked the working version that were in the movie, the demos are like that.
  19. The 11LP set is my dream set. I listen to those 2 Demo discs probably more than the record now. If that’s what these bonus discs are, I’m all in for the 11.
  20. ? none of them came with a 7”. there was a 10c bundle with a Dance 7”. But you could buy that separate
