I pre-ordered Odelay and Sea Change from Amazon in October. Both arrived on Friday and Amazon refunded me a dollar because the current price for Odelay is less than when I ordered it. Both records sound great.

I have a u-Turn Audio Turntable. For the foreseeable future I will be using an Onkyo HT S5100 to power the speakers. Speakers are a pair of NHT 2.9s.

Hi I'm new to all of this stuff. I've read through a lot of this post and there is some great info so thank you very much. Question: I need a phono preamp. I was going to buy the u-Turn but I don't want to wait for the week or so it will take. What are your opinions on the Emotiva Audio XPS-1 Phono Preamp? Amazon can have it here in a couple of days but that's not the best reason in the world to buy an amp. However, a friend of mine says it is pretty solid.
