I have gold as well. I've noticed in the past that items usually get added to my queue a day or two later after announcement (especially for some of the bigger items). I've never missed out on a limited release, even if it was added later. My guess they are focused on the website right now, but have already allocated limited ones to subscribers.

They just sent out another update email:

I emailed them on Monday (as I hadn't received notification, either). They said they were sending them out in order of preorder (I preordered the first day). They sent me a tracking number they would use when it shipped. It shipped out two days ago, and arrived today. I never did receive an actual "we shipped your order" email though.
