  1. These look like bootlegs. The artwork is off color and cropped.
  2. Yeah we have the red card too. I'm New York so just shy of 9% sales tax. Target still ends up being a little cheaper in the end, just miss when those prices were comparable and target wasn't trying to make up for "missing margins". Made that buy 2 get 1 so much more exciting.
  3. I miss when the target exclusives were the same price. It was my go to for all main stream/non limited releases. Wait for the buy 2 get 1 sale, stock up on all the titles I missed over the past 6 months. But with them charging 25% more than the artists' website, the sale's not really that exciting anymore. The past few Taylor Swift releases have been $10-12 bucks more than her webstore prices. 😕
  4. Strange. Okay I'll just hang tight until the other 2 show up. My brain immediately just went to "fuckkk did I sign up for some monthly subscription by mistake?!"
  5. Does Bandbox have multiple warehouses? Do they usually split orders up? I got 1 of the 3 records I ordered. Other 2 are still "Preparing for Shipping"
  6. It went up a little before noon. They had a few test presses available as well. 221 - Clear w/ Black, Silver, White Splatter (Blackout! Exclusive) 559 - Sweetart (Indie Retail) 127 - Clear & Black Ice Ghostly w/ White & Silver Splatter (House of Commons Exclusive) (SOLD OUT) 123 - Metallic Silver (Bridge Nine Exclusive) (SOLD OUT) Test Presses (SOLD OUT) https://blackoutrecords.com/products/crime-in-stereo-explosives-and-the-will-to-use-them-vinyl-lp
  7. If anybody is looking to offload an original No Idea pressing for cheap and make a few bucks towards buying one of these, I'd be down to make a deal! Any press/variant is fine. Hoping a few of them start to pop up on discogs once these start shipping.
  8. If anybody wants a copy of We'll Get To It Eventually we're down to our last couple of copies 3 left on blue /420 37 left on black /105 https://brokenrimrecords.limitedrun.com/products/592600-sports-well-get-to-it-eventually-other-rarities-lp $13 for an LP. The year is 2023. This is not a dream.
  9. You called it. I heard back today. Relieved to know they're coming. Hi Kyle, Apologies for the delayed response. We realized towards the end that we were missing about 500 records. After some investigating, we learned that they are now on their way to us from the Czech republic. They will be shipped immediately, once we receive them. Apologies for the lack of communication, it's been a nightmare. The Bronxxx Webstore Mgmt.
  10. any word on this? I also emailed BV a few times since August and keep getting cut copy message that say "we're experiencing delays with this release, we're hoping for a XXXX ship date" insert whatever current month we're in.
  11. Yeah I emailed them a few times over October with no reply either. I'm worried my order slipped in between the cracks. I ordered a shirt, which shipped right away, so my order is marked as delivered. If you scroll down it shows some of the items have not shipped (the vinyl), but idk how their system works, if that order is just filed under as "delivered". Starting to worry a little.
  12. This. I'm not pro Steve by any means, but that dude wrote those songs. If it bothers you, stop listening to them and buying the damn albums. And if you can separate the art from the artist, enjoy them for what they are, that's fine too (I bought this 🤷‍♂️). But acting like he wasn't involved in something he very much was involved with seems a little odd to me.
  13. Scott has been around a long time. Has worked for various reputable companies involved with this type of music as long as I've known of him (20ish years). Scott correct me if I'm wrong but I think you worked for Alt Press many years ago when I met you through Jordan (monk0nuggets) at a show at Grog Shop. I'm sure he has more info than your average Joe lurking the message boards. I wouldn't say he's a fan of Steve, he probably just knows more than us and choosing to remain professional about the whole thing. All he said is it's kind of crazy Steve doesn't get acknowledged writing credits on modern pressings for the songs he wrote. Which is in fact, kind of strange. Shitty dude or not, those are still songs he wrote, like it or not.
  14. Anybody waiting on theirs still? Ordered with the shirt. Got the shirt back in April but no tracking or any word on the vinyl.
