  1. Below the 3 buttons there is a separate form which is where you submit for your coupon.
  2. You can buy those doors as add-ons at IKEA. Great for keeping small pets out of the bottom row.
  3. I remember revHQ. For some reason, I never spent time on the other two. Since we're hi-jacking this thread with past forums discussion, does anyone remember a particular large Christian punk/hardcore forum in the early 2000s? Everyone seemed to be transitioning out of Christianity, in hindsight, but, at the time, it felt like everyone was just a cool "Yeah I'm Christian but not like Christian Christian" punk/hardcore fan. People would use bad words and talk about doing bad stuff. There's a chance this was a tiny random forum but I remember it being large enough to possibly be something some of y'all fellow over-30s might remember.
  4. For the last few months, I had been trying desperately to remember this random hardcore/punk forum from the early 2000s that, at the time, seemed like it was one of the bigger and better designed/organized forums. I could not come up with the name but, somehow, reading your post jogged something in my brain and I remembered it was stereokiller.com which I guess still exists. Not recommending it, just saying thanks for helping me access my lost teenage memories.
  5. It looks like a successful way to ward off the realization that you're listening to a terrible Weezer song is to log on to YouTube or Reddit and type the words "funky" and "experimentation" over and over into a comment field. I haven't tried it but, apparently, it gives you the feeling that you're listening to a GREAT! song.
  6. If that is the case, to be fair to Rivers, we should note that he's been releasing terrible ironic covers for a long time. The only difference between the wildly successful radio-chart-topping Africa cover and his YouTube only State Farm jingle cover is US. WE are to blame if this is a 2nd ironic cover single with its own marketing/radio push and physical release in a row.
  7. Also, is this a bad cover of the Jay Z track of the same name?
  8. You're right. Some pretty bad Weezer song titles on white, as well. There's just something about the context of the last record, the recent stray/soundtrack songs, the live acoustic Black album song, and Rivers' bonkers descriptions of what the Black album will sound like that gives me the confidence to assume the absolute worst from the song title "Don't Knock the Hustle".
  9. At least, the song title makes it overtly clear about which Weezer to expect.
  10. Weekly Deal (ends 10/16 at midnight): DEAL ENDED
  11. I was so worried about getting a copy of that Ben Kweller - Sha Sha reissue that I paid two different people $40-50 to wait in line and grab me a copy. Now it’s available everywhere for like $15-20. Lol.
  12. Yeah. I'm still on the fence about renewing for next year. I really don't like having to cross reference what I receive with what other people are getting and then waiting a week or two to receive a replacement. If we got an email before each shipment that said "Hey. Here's what we're sending you this week/month", that would be HUGE, IMO. If I didn't waste time on VC and read about what others have gotten, I'd have missed at least one record and not realized it. The overall cost is affordable for what you get, as noted above, so it really is a matter of whether I want to deal with the annoyance factor in 2019 or not.
  13. As if N8TRU1 and I haven't made this thread dramatic enough with our to-the-minute coverage of a vinyl sub...now, we get some real intrigue!
  14. Added some cool stuff: New/sealed LPs from Mal Blum, Hop Along, Cloudland Canyon, and Clearance Used LPs from Warm Thoughts, Why?, and The Ergs Test pressings from Queen of Jeans and Us & Us Only (both cool Topshelf Records bands) PM me to make an order!
  15. According to Instagram, the laserdisc lathe sold out in less than 1 minute. Interesting, since the handful of advance copies for the frequent customers mail list were sitting there for a few hours before they sold out.
  16. Perhaps the label set aside some copies to sell via Amazon post-RSD and Amazon just listed the info early? In general, do labels end up with a ton of non-distributed RSD stock or is the holiday so large now that every release gets fully distributed to shops to sit in the shop's bins for eternity?
  17. The earlier Dashboard Confessional records go for a pretty penny while their new album was marked down to like $10 before it was even released.
  18. Unless there is a more accurate option, you can type in a large number where it says "1" and adjust until you no longer get the "Quantity not available" pop up.
  19. Got my glow-in-the-dark copy. It came with a little police man who jumped out of the sleeve and demanded I hand over my cool guy vinyl card.
  20. I have the two discography box sets, the old school greatest hits, and the Live Anthology and I'm getting the American Treasure box set later this year AND I still felt tempted to get this for a few seconds. This seems like it'd be an awesome introduction to TP on vinyl for many folks.
  21. I've had a few good sized orders come in the last 24 hours! Thanks to all who've helped me move some units! Every sale helps me move a record out from the crates all over my room and onto my shelves. If you're contemplating an order, send me a PM and let's make it happen. My wife is out of town for a week, so I'm packing orders and shipping them out with the swiftness and speed of a single guy with no family obligations for the next few days.
  22. Have you pillaged the Italians Do It Better catalogue? Johnny Jewel worked on the Drive score before Cliff Martinez was brought in and he has some really cool instrumental records (Windswept and Songs For Television have stuff that he wrote for the new season of Twin Peaks that was not used by David Lynch and Digital Rain is pretty dope too) and his band Chromatics should scratch a similar itch as Chvrches. Glass Candy, Symmetry, and Desire also have a lot of good expanded singles/EPs. They're not on Italians Do It Better but I bought Electric Youth's soundtrack for a shelved movie called Breathing from their shop a while back, so I always lump them in there, and I highly recommend it.
  23. I need to make some shelf space quickly, so I slashed prices on a ton of stuff. Some stuff went down over 50%! A ton of of LPs under $10! Almost every Joyful Noise VIP 7" and White Label 12" has been greatly marked down! Almost all CDs, including sealed ones, are $2 or less! And the weekly deal is still applicable. Check out the link in the first post to see the list and PM me to make an order. Thanks!
  24. Totally. I often want to throw up my hands and be like "This music is unreasonable!" but then I remember listening to the whiniest, most annoying teenage kid bands like Rufio, the Starting Line, and Yellowcard in high school (and that I still like some of their songs). Outside of being some kind of abuser or racist or someone who harms folks, on just a music level, I feel like a band or rapper or artist would have to be really really really post-Reddit post-meme annoying for me to feel confident mocking them with all these pop punk skeletons in my own closet.
