  1. Got my Japanese pressing in today. Be on the lookout. Orders should start arriving soon.

Update to the Macross 82-99. I just got this response from the label. Just in case anyone was curios, this appears to be the latest and best info on expected delivery.

Thanks for the info. I'm guessing you got an email from the label? It's definitely worth the wait if their test pressings weren't well done. I'd hate to get a bad press of this. Definitely would rather wait and get something that's higher quality.

Thanks. I'm reaching out to the label. It helps knowing that at least some are shipping. I've been having a ton of issues over the last year getting my orders from smaller labels, but Neon City seems to be above board. Hopefully mine is in the queue.

Anybody ever get their LP of Macross 82-99? I expected it by the end of February at least. Neon City's listing for the album says it was supposed to ship on January 29, but I haven't received anything or heard anything from them. Anyone have an update?
  6. Smithsonian Folkways Recordings

Good luck with the project. I'm a huge Folkways fan and as an MBA grad know firsthand the hell that is a business school group project. Feel free to DM me if you want any additional feedback.
  7. I'm sure it'll be cheaper if you just wait. I'm not paying the shipping, that's for sure, and after mbv dropped in price from a ~$40 retail price to a ~$20 retail price, I can't help but believe this will also get a lot cheaper.
  8. PO: Brian Eno Reissues

I own all the reissues save for Before and After Science and have zero complaints. Honestly, these pressings are very underrated IMO.
  9. Not sure about the amount they’re pressing, but Fatbeats also confirms that it’s a ‘one time’ press. Also, apparently this does include an OBI strip like the OG version. Someone on this thread asked about that a while back. Here’s the link to this release on the Fatbeats site: https://www.fatbeats.com/products/sun-kil-moon-mark-kozelek-ghosts-of-the-great-highway-lp
  10. Just an FYI for anyone on the fence about preordering this, according to Sound Stage Direct this is a one time repress: https://www.soundstagedirect.com/sun-kil-moon-ghosts-of-the-great-highway-vinyl-records.shtml Don’t snooze!
  11. PO: John Maus 6 LP Boxset

I see. I didn't notice that when I looked to see if a thread had been started for this. If this needs to come down, that's cool. Definitely don't want a bunch of redundant threads, but a standalone for the boxset seems warranted to me. I mean, I missed this announcement completely until I got an email from Domino because this announcement was kind of buried.
