  1. Yeah I did wet clean it! Several times so I think it's time to give up 🤣 You can't get em cheaply here sadly Thanks anyway
  2. That's a real shame. No no plastic! Just a normal paper cover. I'll just have to get another one Thanks anyway!
  3. My record player is fine, but I can't get a good picture to show you the damaged bit really! The rest of the track is fine, then there's just this light ring that almost looks like it's all scuffed, and when the needle reaches it you can still her the music and the voices, but it's covered over by this muffled sound!
  4. https://ibb.co/pR5twmJ https://ibb.co/sV4r6Jx (links are for pics) Hi, I recently bought The Beatles 'Hey Jude' single, which I was very pleased about. It looked great. But when I played it, there was this terrible muffled noise through the track at a certain point. Examining the single further, there seemed to be a light, almost clouded, ring on the track. Is there any way of fixing this?? I'm kinda disappointed! Thanks
  5. Ah, a bit of a bummer, but what can you do!
  6. That's just dust, because it's been sitting there a while. I cleaned it very well the other day, still didn't help. At the very top, it seems to be slightly melted or something, but after a minute or so it's absolute fine. That's a shame, thanks anyway
  7. Hi! I have a record that seems to have slight heat damage (see picture). The music still plays through the weird scratchy, staticy sound. But it's just really annoying. If anybody has a fix for this or a way o can make it a bit better, please tell me! Thanks. Picture: https://photos.app.goo.gl/SiypZkTi9duJGW7r1
