  1. In other news... there will be a new Carcass album http://www.metalunderground.com/news/details.cfm?newsid=86899
  2. I got my swamp splatter and blue copies yesterday! ...also my live Don Cab 13/500.
  3. http://www.interpunk.com/item.cfm?Item=179399& Damn fine album.
  4. Bump... is the only way I'll ever get someone to see this. This Sale/Trade/Want sub board is fucking busy!
  5. In case anyone missed this someone is selling one on eBay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/230890905197?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649 Low starting price ($4.99) and zero bids so far, five days to go.
  6. I got mine yesterday in NC... box took a hit, but they're all perfectly fine! Pretty excited to check these out tonight!
  7. I'm looking for a copy of the first Nerf Herder LP. My collection is at http://www.discogs.com/collection?user=lindermanr It's the closest thing I have to trade list and although I'm not down to trade everything I may not be attached to something you'd want to swap for. Also, my friend knows a guy who played bass for Gus (older punk band from Florida, not the Canadian Gus (although there is a split with both Gus-es)) and if anyone has one they'd be willing to part with he's trying to find anything by the band in any format.
  8. I have a "Live at Lollapalooza 1993-08-07 Irwindale, CA" bootleg 12" that is purple. I got it pretty cheap (10 or 12 bucks) via the mail from Graveface Curiosities shop. Sounds great, but don't know if it's from a lossless source or high bitrate mp3. http://www.discogs.com/Tool-Lollapalooza/release/3479755 I already have a lossless FLAC copy from trading bootlegs, but thought that it was a pretty low risk to check out at that price. Sounds great!!
  9. Both of my orders showed up Saturday. Stacks of LPs with 12" square cardboard pieces between each in a bubble envelope that had a sticky line to keep sealed inside of a box. Two of these per larger box... plus Hot Cash. Well done, Hot Topic. 14 LPs for 115 bucks plus another 45 of 90 purchase.
  10. Jesus... I was thinking Spank Rock and was trying to figure out what the deal was. May have to check this out and possibly order. Looks very cool... And I am a packaging nerd.
  11. So, how'd we do today? I got the SWAPS since it has Deerhoof on it and I'm bonkers for Deerhoof. I was going to try and snag another Tortoise (I got one in the first wave) to tray and trade for Lou Barlow or Deerhoof Symphony and if noone wanted it I was going to hand it off to one of you fine folks... but it was sold out.
  12. Some stuff that jumped out to me... Quakers - Quakers Skeleton Key - Gravity is the Enemy Black Moth Super Rainbow - Cobra Juicy Dreamend - And the Tears Washed... Why? - Mumps etc Two Fingers - Stunt Rhythms Deerhoof - Breakup Song Billy Martin & Wil Blades - Shimmy Ben Folds Five - The Sound of the Life of the Mind Holy Other - Held I'm thinking I need to checkout The Swans and GYPSY based on what I'm seeing here.
  13. I got one! I think I'm officially done with this Joyful Noise test pressing sale.
  14. Well, they did have a Kishi Bashi flexi test for something not yet released, so there is always a very very slim chance that they would have something oM that is unreleased at this point that is neither flexi nor cassette... very slim, though.... like, flexi slim.
  15. Fuck. Didn't get the Lou Barlow, but did get the Make Believe... So I now have 8 of the 12 flexi tests for this years subscription, but am missing Deerhoof (my fave of the lot), Lou Barlow, of Montreal (hopefully tomorrow?) and the next one coming this year (Richard Swift) If anyone snagged the Lou Barlow and/or Deerhoof wants to trade or sell it to me, let me know. http://www.discogs.com/collection?user=lindermanr
  16. Whoa!!! That looks waaaaay cooler than my copy! Was that on Graveface, too?
  17. Stones Throw has released the album on LP, the album with Dilla smiling on the cover on LP and now a box of 45s... and shipping is like 10 bucks minimum on any purchase... they're damned lucky that almost everything that they release is solid or I'd be tempted to call this a cash grab... now when is the new Stepkids album coming out?!?!
  18. It wasn't all cassettes. Only two cassettes were Dinosaur Jr. box (which actually seemed kind of cool) and Deerhoof. A bunch of flexis and LPs, though.
  19. I got a couple, but the fucking Deerhoof flexi from the subscription was "no longer available" even though I'd added it before checking out. I got the Deerhoof Flexi book and Don Cab live tests. Anyone on here get anything? I'd love to get the Deerhoof single flexi off of anyone's hands, if they'd be willing to part with it.
