  1. Anybody who has clicked into this thread has probably heard one or both of these bands by now so I won't bother with a lengthy description of what they sound like. We did a split LP for the two bands. STNNNG broke up while it was in production, so it features their final recordings (done just before the LP that came out earlier this year). CB recorded their songs (with Wes fuckin' Borland) before their lineup change this summer. So in many ways this is a swan song for both bands (though CB will chug along with new members). First (and probably only) pressing limited to 533 copies (241 clear w/black, 241 purple w/blue, 51 Wax Mage purple/blue nebula) and features a multi-color silkscreened A-side with art from Shawn Knight. Above picture is the "digital" cover - I think it's just a part of the screen art. Once they get screened next weekend, I'll post those pics too. Pre-orders will start shipping November 13. You should also check out our other two releases from 2017 - full length LPs from SALVATION and ENGINES. https://forgeagainrecords.bandcamp.com/album/stnnng-child-bite
  2. Hey, looking to buy a copy of Fireworks' "All I Have To Offer Is My Own Confusion." I already have the White and Black variants, so right now I'm strictly looking for the Blue variant. I do realize that there's one currently listed on Discogs, but it's well above the Low/Median/High so I figured I'd look else where. If anyone has a copy that they're willing to part with or looking to sell, shoot me a message and maybe we can work something out. Thanks in advance, Chris
  3. Up for PO now is JMSN's new LP "It Is." Can be preordered here. All preorders are autographed. Check out the first single off of the LP, "Cruel Intentions." JMSN continuously reinvents his sound with each release, and no two LPs sound the same. I highly recommend him to every fan of RnB, hip hop, funk, and smooth jams.
  4. All 3 Dropping Bombs 7" for $10 All 3 Dropping Bombs 7" for $10 All 3 Dropping Bombs 7" for $10 Spit Spewing Snakes on black vinyl - 5 song one-sided 7" of 4 originals and an AFI cover. More ferocious than ever before, the band is teaming up with new label imprint Dropping Bombs to unleash their brand new 7″ "Formless/Shapeless" that continues to meld their razor-sharp precision with primal aggression. 4 songs, unlimited headbanging. 9. Figured this was probably worth sharing if so. With the emo revival in full swing people gotta be getting down on this stuff again. Just uploaded this video of short, but complete sets from Rescue and Grayson from the 2002 tour we did for our split 7".
  10. Hey there! We have a brand new release to offer you. It's a split LP between Child Bite(Detroit) and We Are Hex(Indianapolis). Like the Child Bite/Dope Body split, it's a one-sided silk-screened LP that looks fucking insane (more fantastic Shawn Knight artwork). And the songs are awesome. Two brand new songs from each band. You might know Child Bite from their recent split 7" with David Yow on Joyful Noise. You might know We Are Hex from their blue room 7" on Third Man Records. Maybe you just know them because they are both awesome bands. And really I could sit here and try to describe the music or you can just go to the link below and stream the whole thing and decide for yourself. Either way, the records are en route and will begin shipping next week. You can order either color or both (and save a few bucks) or just DL it on the cheap. Or stream it for free. Whatever. http://forgeagainrecords.bandcamp.com/album/child-bite-we-are-hex Here's a mockup. We'll get an actual picture up as soon as they're silk-screened and ready to go. If you are in the Detroit metro area, they are playing a little release show on Friday, September 27th at the Loving Touch in Ferndale, MI. $10 gets you in the door AND a free copy of the LP. That's insane, right? Here's the Facebook invite: https://www.facebook.com/events/144766015734292/
  11. Hey dudes. I am putting out a new record from a band called OLD GODS. They are from Detroit and feature dudes who used to play in the Dillinger Escape Plan, 7000 Dying Rats, and Heads Will Roll. They also share a number of members with Nice Hooves and The Armed. The record is awesome and heavy and loud and all that. You can hear it below. Anyhow, the record comes out in a month. Pre-orders are up now and include some package deal things if you are into that. Or you can just order the record or CD and you'll automatically get a DL of two of the tracks now and the rest on July 16th. Stream those two tracks and order one of the many deals here: http://forgeagainrecords.bandcamp.com/album/stylized-violence COVER: RECORD: SHIRT: PRINT (free 12.25x12.25" 2 color silkscreened print for first 50 LP/LP package orders): Check out the music video for "From Beyond" here:
  12. They're very cool and I'm too big for them (came free with order of Vision Crimes and I got both versions and they didn't have XLs.) I asked Joyful Noise for a Medium and Large and told them that I wouldn't be able to wear them so that if anyone else wouldn't be able to get one from the pre-order to hook them up first... and I still ended up getting the shirts. So who wants one?! Free... you pay shipping. If you want them both, that's fine with me (less work for me and the total shipping to get these out of my hands is less) but please assure me that you will be giving at least one of them to someone and that you won't be selling either. If you live in the NC Triangle area I have no problem handing it off to you in person... as long as it's not a pain in the ass. I live in Garner and work in Durham so I pass through Raleigh everyday... twice. Give these shirts a good home!! (I posted an image of it here, but can't find the image URL anymore.)

  14. The Few and Far Between / Cruise Italy Split 7" is now available! Also, because of a shipping error at the plant, they sent us some extra test pressings to compensate. You can stream the tunes and buy here: http://whoarecords.limitedrun.com/products/504348. We are having a sale through Sunday. $2 off every order, and free shipping on orders of $25 or more. Thanks everyone, really appreciate the support! Joe Whoa! Records
  15. Sometimes two things that are amazing on their own come together through some twist of fate, and a legendary team is formed. Continuing the tradition of great collaborations, veteran Detroit (and Brooklyn) indie rockers Few and Far Between join Cruise Italy on a new 7″ split from Whoa! Records. The split is available for preorder now at the Whoa! Records store and features a new track from both bands. The record is a study in contrast. While Cruise Italy takes a carefully wrought, melodic approach on their track, Young Villains, Few and Far Between take a more aggressive tack. On one side, Few and Far Between’s track Left for Dead is a hawkish missive about trying to find the inspiration to break out of the routine of our workaday lives. Its anthemic choruses are made truly powerful with help from Jay Navarro (Suicide Machines/Break Anchor/Hellmouth) On the other side, Cruise Italy charts a more measured and poetic approach with their contribution to the record. The warm and somber tone of Young Villains weaves a tale of someone taking a leap and starting a new life. The contrasting tones of each track make for a perfect combination. This is a record you’re not going to want to miss out on. So, head over to the Whoa! Records store and order your copy of the Few and Far Between/Cruise Italy split. This is a limited edition release, only 500 copies will be pressed. If you would like to reserve your copy to pick up at the release show, and not be charged for shipping, please use the code PICKUP at checkout. Few and Far Between and Cruise Italy along with Old Mission, will play a release show Nov. 21 at Small’s in Hamtramck. Doors are at 8 p.m., tickets are $7, 18 and up are welcome. RSVP on Facebook.
