Hello all, Recently, I modified my turntable set up. I did the ever so encouraged removal of the internal preamp from AudioTechnica AT-LP120. I recently put it all back together, grounded my new Gram Amp 2 Communicator and hooked it all up. The only problem is that I now have a consistent humming throughout my speakers. Considering the hum was there even without my turntable turned on, I figured it had to be originating from the preamplifier. To remove the stock preamplifier, I followed this video's walkthrough. The actual work starts around 13:50. So, I was wondering if the hum would be originating potentially from where I soldered new wires back on, or else if I didn't have the preamplifier properly grounded. All help is greatly appreciated, thank you very much!

Hi, I've sold my vinyl collection, so there is no point in keeping this... For sale: Stanton T.62 record player, W/Artcessories DJ pre II phono pre-amp! Please PM me for more pictures. I would prefer a direct through PayPal payment, but you can see the pictures I have now through my eBay links. Very well taken care of. This is a fantastic priced item, everything works perfectly! It includes it's dust cover. http://www.ebay.com/itm/171680587054?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2648 I also have an LPBin LP storage Cabinet *Modern Black* GREAT CONDITION, with included set of Groove Mats (which aren't cheap)!!! However, that is a fully built, 102 lbs item that I don't want to mess with, so unfortunately it is only available for pick up, I'm located in Miami, FL. Get in touch if interested. http://www.ebay.com/itm/171680584977?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649
