I usually have had really good service from them so I hope they are on top of this at least. Hopefully the charge is just put right back on since it was charged and apparently cancelled the same day. Generation is good for punk/rock/metal albums IMO. I've found some pretty amazing finds at Generation. But at the same Ive also walked away from Generation not being able to find anything.
