What's the weather like this time of year? Wet and windy. This year hasn't been too bad actually. High of 54 today, (and most of the week this week) overcast for the most part, but seems kind of sunny and 36 degrees right now. It's been foggy as hell this morning, though. There's no bad time to visit Portland, it's just nicer looking when everything is green and lush in the spring. It's definitely my favorite city I've lived in. Damn the gf & I both just had a serious discussion about this like 2 weeks ago since it looks like they may not have any other US tour dates set up on the west coast, anyway, hope everyone who is going however has a hell of a time! I feel like I'd enjoy it more under better weather conditions though what you're experiencing there now sounds tropical compared to my current 1 degree in Chi-beria. That's one of the best parts about here; it rarely dips below 40 degrees for more than a day or two, and during the summer it can get really hot during the day, but then drops down to the 60s - low 70s most nights so it's comfortable to sleep. She was already a big Sabbath fan so it was a pretty smooth transition, also dating me it's kind of obligatory, we also missed out on the sick desert show they played down here in LA a couple months back so we're both still pretty thirsty..
