Rip Posted November 19, 2014 Share Posted November 19, 2014 Has anyone tried to redeem the digital download? It doesn't appear that the website is working anymore. That's a bummer. I also tried a while ago. Didn't work for me either. Deleted the "digital" part in the URL and it took me to a page that said to "contact them to recieve download" or something like that. I'll admit, I have no idea how online retail works, but presumably our copies are just sitting on a shelf somewhere. It's not like they've sold them to anyone else. I just hope this situation can be sorted out soon - I really want to spin this! Wasn't going to bump this, but since someone already has... I got another reply from MyPlay today. Months after I contacted them. Apparently they're still waiting on a link from 'management' so I can place my order again. Of course. I'll never get this record.
