abovetheearth
The city/county/state should have his records online. Try their gov't site. Why are YOU paying?

What are you talking about? Click the state thing in the bottom right, click on your state, find your person. Example: http://offender.fdle.state.fl.us/offender/flyer.do?personId=40794
Satan
What county and state? Find the clerk of courts website for that city/municipality and you should be able to look up public record from there. For me it's fcmcclerk.com/gov I searched my coworker, and found he'd been arrested for cocaine possession, domestic violence, 2 DUI's and some other shit. RivannaJunction
If you are in PA, they have a statewide criminal court search for Common Pleas and Magisterial District Courtshttps://ujsportal.pacourts.us/DocketSheets/CP.aspx Go to "Search Type" in the drop down menu and change it from Docket Number to Participant Name. Wash, rinse, repeat for Magisterial District Courts. If you're in Philly, they have their own search for Municipal Court matters and their own website at http://www.courts.phila.gov/casesearch/
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
was coming to post the ujsportal link. if the person got a job with that criminal record be VERY careful what you do with what you find since you do work with them.
Guest
I used something called familywatchdog for sex offenders and it usually tells you what the crime was/approx age of victim. This was a few years ago, haven't used it since then, not sure if anything has changed.

ozfacter
thanks for all the info. i already knew what the crime was and am looking for specifics since it just blows my mind that with what it was people dont seem to care. im not going to use the information for anything other than to satisfy my own curiosity. +hecollec+or
Find a way to get him fired. Sex offenders are the lowest of low.
rooks
Haha I work in Hr and was in recruiting for a bit... One guy wrote "I HAVE A FELONY CONVICTION BUT ID BE HAPPY TO EXPLAIN IN MY FIRST INTERVIEW :)" on the application. So, naturally I Googled him... He had been arrested for selling something like 40 pounds of ecstasy and cocaine to an undercover officer. Haha if I had the power I would have brought him in for an interview just to hear his explanation so quick. I always imagine it would have been something like "I didn't know he was a cop!" deadreckoning
FYI: Maryland has their criminal/traffic/civil info free for the searching. http://casesearch.courts.state.md.us/inquiry/inquiry-index.jsp

That's seriously so much drugs, with our backwards ass drug laws how is that guy not still in prison?

I hope he wasnt disqualified from the interview because of his past conviction
rooks
Nah he wasn't qualified anyway, I only looked into it because it was seriously all caps on his application, smiley face and all. Honestly, the smiley face lost him more credibility than the drug trafficking.

somethingvinyl
I'm a hiring manager but not in HR or a recruiter, so I don't get to pick the applications that come to me. I just choose to interview them or not. I might look people up through this database since we hire to staff people with persons with I/DD. Unrelated to this matter, but I had someone ask what to wear to the interview before. Has to have been the dumbest fucking question I've ever recieved. hipsterasfolk
Doesn't your local County Sheriff's website provide the database of stuff like this?
