I've emailed them a few times and just get a generic email saying they are sorry but the items must not have arrived in the warehouse yet so they will update the shipping date. As far as I know it isn't uncommon for plants to ship directly to a distributor who then ships out to stores/online retailers. So this certainly isn't the first time a store has gotten something before the label. But this label does suck so if you can grab this record elsewhere right now (likely for less money than you paid them) then you should for sure cancel your order.
