leviegalapon Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 Hi everyone, I currently store my LPs in a cardboard box but I want to upgrade to a metal box or something more durable than cardboard.If you guys have suggestions on the best storage boxes for LPs that would be great! drds89 Posted October 22, 2014 Share Posted October 22, 2014 I have the Odyssey crates and as my collection grew, I turned them on edge like someone said above, so I 'm up to 5 now (one more and I'm out of room!) - so in a pinch, I can just turn it up right, snap the lid on and roll. Wish I had known earlier, they are very nice, but would only need to move fast in a natural disaster. And we have had a few, but not up to the 2nd story of our house. In January I moved from Ohio to California with 6 U-Haul cardboard boxes of records and they were fine even in cold temperatures.
