Yes it is. I would look at all of the labels in the same circle as this one: Grimtale Records, Jett Plastic Records, Philthy Phonographic Records, Shed House Records.... These micro labels are just following the foot steps of what the big guys are doing, Third man Records often charges $15-30 for their variant 7"s.
