It starts with late-60's British Invasion (Beatles, Who, Zeppelin) and ends with 90's alternative (Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, etc). Lots of 70s and 80s stuff, too. It's all fairly common and mainstream but there's a lot of great stuff. Rock, prog rock, etc. If anyone is interested, I will post a link to the Google Docs spreadsheet once I put it together.
