I've never been scammed via PayPal before so I'm not too sure on how it works, but the PayPal rep. told me that since I'm a verified seller and I have enough evidence, I should receive my money back one way or another. I sent screenshots and tracking and it clearly says it was delivered. Hopefully since he'll have few open disputes and we show evidence paypal will catch on to his scam, fuck this guy. Doesn't make sense since his Card Issuer is claiming he didn't authorize the charges, I didn't send an invoice, he sent it.
