I immediately sent PayPal the tracking information (which stated it was delivered to his house), a screenshot of our conversation log where he agreed to the price, and screenshots of his Tumblr and Dead Format account where he lists that the records are in his possession. I'm pretty sure we'll all get our money back. This is only the second time I've run into an issue like this using PayPal, and they were extremely fair and actually pretty quick to solve my previous dispute with a fraudulent seller. They seem to treat them like criminals and buyers like saints. Like let's say fraud actually happened, or the person stole his parents credit card and filed it. Who protects the seller?
