They released these in late 2006/early 2007 to go along with their second album. I've got literally everything they've released/created, even the cologne(actually not too bad!) Three were given away in competitions and a handful (less than 10) were sold through merch lackey. They were advertised as being hand made by The Bronx and weren't cheap. I got mine signed by the band when they were touring the second album, right after Ken joined and right before James left. I'm not particularly keen to sell it but on the other hand it has just sat in a box for almost 10 years. I guess I'd sell it, if I got the right offer. Get in touch if you're keen.
