dantheriver
Ordered just in case Dr. Strange cancels my order. Yea me too. Crossing my fingers that I wind up with an extra and the PBTT 7". Not holding my breath though.

roboticempire
This is by far the best record I picked up today. So many awesome covers! Should we expect a 'Bleach' tribute for next year's RSD? Thanks mane! Not sure but certainly meditating on it kurtz
Bladewillisisdead
I'd be down to buy one of these every year for a couple years. I vote Incesticide.

roboticempire
Just to clarify what I've read and to keep the collection complete, it's just the opaque and the translucent blues for variants, right? No black like last year? Amped to get this in the mail, I never cared much for Nirvana but these comps are always really well done. Yep just two blues this time, no black vinyl
backpackoat
Yep just two blues this time, no black vinyl Awesome, thanks! Snagged both of 'em. Great release.
hzielaskowski
This compilation is great. All the covers are really nice, some very fresh. The only "black sheep" Is Circa Survive which in my opinion sounds like some stupid college rock. Their cover is banana sweet shit. Kylesa sounds very original, like True Widow. Cave In and Torche played safe but with such great songs you can not go wrong. Boris killed me, so did Pygmy Lush. Even Nothing (I really do not like this band) really made it perfect. I'm impressed. mssskat184 and seku

stranaspank
Found a RSD copy on Amoeba's site yesterday. Can wait to blast those Thou tracks!
GeorgePeluso
Picked up the blue copy online today, surprised they still have copies available since I was so late. My vote goes for Incesticide next year.
GradedOnACurve
As much as I love Incesticide it's actually a collection of Singles, B-Sides, and covers. I also feel that Bleach has a bunch of great songs that would work great on a comp like this. I'd love to hear what bands would do with About A Girl, Floyd The Barber, and Negative Creep. One other note on RSD I picked up a copy of this but it was the mailorder edition sold at a RSD price. Happy to own it but that was really weird. Would love a RSD version of this. Bladewillisisdead
I knew it was a b-sides album. I did however forget there were a couple cover songs.

Bladewillisisdead
Dammit, ordered the standard version right when it went up because I didn't want to risk missing out completely. So of course my buddy found 2 copies of the RSD version today.
GradedOnACurve
How much was it? $29.
throughbeingcruel
$29.99Ouch. That's a lot more than my RSD variant.
roboticempire
iTunes has showcased "Whatever Nevermind" in the Metal section of their store, with a bigass banner, New Music spotlight on the album and selected Torche's song as a Hot Track. Although it's certainly not our main objective, it's still pretty cool to get a bit of recognition from one of the biggest companies on the planet. Big ups! https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/whatever-nevermind-tribute/id973746631 radiatorhums, zacooper, emacs and 5 others

hookups96
Damn now I see why I didn't get the giant poster. I paid $29.99 for the solid blue on RSD (which the barcode the store put on it even says RSD), which is actually the wedstore edition. Damn.
