deer Posted January 30, 2016 Share Posted January 30, 2016 It's strange to me because neither of their previous releases were anything that could stick in my head at all - I probably only easily remember one or two songs from Colourmeinkindness, and I don't think anything stuck from I Wish I Could Stay Here. I think the reason it's not very memorable for me is Basement has stuck to the purist rock sound. They don't play around with crazy effects or other instruments. I still haven't received anything about it being shipped yet. I have no idea why I still haven't gotten it yet. And I went to my local FYE last night to see the splatter and got yelled at for taking it out of the sleeve so I never even got to actually see it.
