From what I've read, there's a second printing that they're selling at shows that apparently doesn't have the die cut pages or the dollar affixed inside, and has lower quality paper (?) He got it for free, sure, but he did so by gambling years ago and sending a dollar in. It's almost like he won the lottery. Your logic is the same in saying "You paid 5 dollars to win the lottery! You didn't EARN that money! You should give me 10,000 dollars!" You can't get that pressing of the booklet anymore, so the market value is going to be higher than the one they're selling at the shows, and is certainly worth more than $0. Good luck TC. I think it's worse that people are buying the $2 second printing with the express intent of selling at inflated prices. No one has to buy this printing, the band have said that the second print will be available online soon and in unlimited quantities for $2.
