All Capitol Radiohead releases sound shitty.

That Pianos Become The Teeth Close RSD 7-inch this year that had an unbearable amount of noise, destroying two excellent tracks.

The problem is the quiet part of the first song. The second song sounds fine, but yeah this belongs on the list.

I'd like to add Godspeed You! Black Emperor - F♯ A♯ ∞

It's missing like 20 minutes, I'd be all over a double LP redo.

Technically, no. The LP version is the album the way it was first released. Providence hasn't even been recorded until the first batch of vinyl was sold out and was dropped on the CD version, which is not only about double the length, but also sports a lot of differences and rearrangements within the two original songs.

Also:

The Antlers. Hospice - Distorted, flat, unlistenable

1st press of balance and composure's the things we think we're missing

Mine didn't have any surface noise, but I've heard everyone else complain.

SRC's green marble Starting Line- Say It Like You Mean It (Cheek to Cheek sounds fucking terrible)

Lydia- Illuminate

PBTT- Close 7" (side A hardly listenable)

Taking Back Sunday- Tell All Your Friends, grey marble

Thursday- War All The Time, grey with smoke/marble

I'm sure I have more in my collection that sound subpar, but that's all I can think of at the moment. What really sucks is that minus the PBTT 7", the rest of those are fuckin' all-timers for me.

I got rid of my Glassjaw - Worship and Tribute (White) a looooong time ago because I thought it sounded awful. I got a repress on clear and  it sounded much better. I just remember thinking I must have gotten a bad copy or it was a terrible press because normally I wouldn't have gotten rid of THAT particular album, that easily.

The picture disc sleeve made that album suck. I know it matched the original artwork, but it should have still been in a sleeve.
