WTB: Beck - Odelay, Weezer - Pinkerton, Foo Fighters Singles (Entertainment provided w/each bump!)

I usually keep two things that I want in my signature, but nobody ever reads those, right? So, here I am with a humble post asking for anyone (who is comfortable letting go of their copy) to sell me the following on wax:

Weezer - Pinkerton I'm specifically hunting an original 1996 pressing, and either the U.S. or European is acceptable. Same deal as American Idiot, if nobody is willing to sell theirs for, say, two weeks, I'll just buy this copy from Discogs. I just wanted to give others a chance at a little cash (and possibly a better deal for me).

Foo Fighters - Any Single I'm open to buying any FF single, (except "Best of You" and "For All the Cows", as I own them already). I'm specifically looking for "Generator", as I was just thinking that it would be cool to have this since the B-Side is rad ("Fraternity") and FF don't have an official B-Sides compilation.

Beck - Odelay I'm looking for the single LP pressing from 1996. For whatever reason, this hasn't gotten a repress. I'll leave this here for a while, because it's not as readily available as Pinkerton is.

Prices I pay will vary depending on the condition of the item. PM me, I won't bite.

You don't want AI on vinyl anyway. The way they mastered it is complete shit. Just get the HDtracks version:

http://www.hdtracks.com/american-idiot?format=FLAC

It's the way the album was meant to sound.

It's $20, and I'll even upload it for you. Save your money on the record, you'll never spin it. Listen to the 96/24 version and you'll be blown away.

Original looks like this:

HD looks like this:

Watch Ian Shepard analyze it here:

My guess is that pinkerton for 20 bucks sealed is not an original. Probably that repress listed as 2004 that has been floating around for years

Yeah, I was thinking about that, but if I do end up buying it, I can always send it back.

I've heard samples of those versions, and I don't hear a crazy difference. When I had it on vinyl, I never had any complaints. I'm not exactly an audiophile.

The lack of drums on the first version is insane. I think you should really sit down and listen to the full thing, both of them back to back. You'll hear it. You don't need to be an audiophile to hear the difference.
