It's a month early, and just a rare case of a leak getting plugged quickly.  Someone goofed but all in all it looks like the band can still trust whomever they've given out copies to thus far.  But those plugged leaks don't stay plugged forever.

Could they possibly be legit? I don't want to get out of bed and go to my computer to investigate further. But it's still not up on what.

Yeah, definitely stay away from those. Also, the legit leak seems to be about twice as large as that (~190 MB).
