vinyl addict
I notice that most people do not offer a grade (VG+ etc) when listing their LPs. I know that turns me off. I'm surprised at the amount of people who purchase records without even inquiring about the condition. Can we start grading the LPs we list for sale in the classifieds? Is there a reason people don't? How about giving a price for whatever LPs you have for sale. That is another suggestion. If I go in a record store and there's no prices or there's a sign that reads "ask for pricing", I usually don't bother and just assume the prices are too high. donlombardo
I grade either from discog's guidelines or I tell in words how the records look. People should always ask for condition if they wonder. If there is an OFFER sign, I see no shame in offering lower than the average/median discogs/eBay prices. Why else would there be an option to make an offer?
vinyl addict
I just thought it would be nice to see graded records in the listings. I would imagine it would increase sales, and decrease questions.

vinyl addict
Much easier to gauge the asking price on a LP when you know the condition of it. I can't believe the number of sales I see on here where no one asks. That's the most important part of it.
