jeromium Posted June 10, 2016 Share Posted June 10, 2016 Streaming this on Spotify. The bass is not dominant enough considering the album title. Basses Loaded, not Bases as the thread title indicates. Not much other judgement so far, aside from the cover of "I Want to Tell You" by The Beatles being pretty boring, but I'd already heard that track. I haven't really loved anything they've done since (A) Senile Animal, my favorite of theirs, and have only bought Three Men and a Baby - primarily because I stumbled upon a Loser Edition a week prior to release and it was material from back in the day. Anyway it's not bad and I suppose I could give it a few more spins to give it a real chance. I just wish the basses were more dominant. morfiend Posted June 25, 2016 Share Posted June 25, 2016 Finally got around to listening to this. I find half of the album really good and the other half just boring or not funny.
