Incredible value for the price (even though it says these are down from $150, they actually retailed at around $250). Sidney Crosley Posted July 29, 2016 Share Posted July 29, 2016 I have only listened to ATH M50 cans for about ten minutes, but I can tell you that the K545s are a bit brighter and more immediate, compared to the laid back feeling I got from the M50s. One of the things I don't love about the K545 is that they come with a really thin, really short (4 feet I think) cable, though it does have buttons for iOS and Android (2 cables). Even wearing them with my phone in my pocket, the cable barely makes it. I think the M50 has a thicker cable (I forget which version of the M50 has a coiled cable). Also, the M50 comes with a bag.
