The extra $5 for "shipping early" is dumb. If they told us what it actually means, I'd do it it. I wish polyvinyl had a 7" bundle too :(. The Coke Bottle has the 24 page booklet too along with a poster. It's listed on the non-bundle Coke bottle vinyl Page.
