what, the arrogance rubs you wrong?

i mean, i guess i could consider taking that part out. good call I spose.

I do think that the overall piece would be improved with the removal of that section, but in all sincerity dude I would remove all of this stuff before people make records of it unless you are 100% sure that this is how you want to be perceived. If this doesn't leave the VC messageboard then yeah it's just a lol but honestly if this was to go viral or something I don't think people would takeaway what you want from it, and I mean that in the nicest way possible.

If this is something you have to do then my recommendation would be: remove all videos/website etc. and try to distill your "algorithm" down to its bare components. Like 4-5 paragraphs. What you have there is basically unreadable. Whatever it is you're getting at, this message of globalist future peace or something, I don't think you need more than a page or two to really say it. The whole point of stream of consciousness writing is to let everything come into play, and then take what's worthwhile and distill it.

Again, though, I would remove all this stuff if I was personally you, and I say that against my own self interest. People are going to post a lot of rude things and the overall message is too jumbled to have anyone "agree" with you.

yo you korean bro?/hyung/dongseng? with a name like jaedong

idk man idk if it would really hurt that much compared to what i went through already/am going thru

if i were to be perceived like a jester/mentally ill dude i'd prefer that over just like, ceasing to exist/not being able to keep moving forward with this

WITH THAT SAID

if you want to help me distill it then contact me and help me translate it to korean too

haha

but yea i totally am agreeing with u i am tryna make better more refined versions of this

this is a nice testing ground of me looking at these responses and coming to terms with

how im finna actually gonna be perceived

so far i guess it's kinda what i expected.. let's see these 5 new replies

lol nah i'm just a random white kid who likes starcraft a lot.

word dude, regardless of the product i definitely respect your attitude and what you're trying to do. just know you'll encounter a lot of vitriol, and if you want to get your ideas out there, the best place to begin is probably on a local level.

hang in there, all best, hope 2017 is a good year for all of us.

In all sincerity guys this does seem like manic behavior, I know this may be a legendary VC thread in the making but let's not stoop to any new lows here.

There will be no "new" lows. Everyone here has already reached the lowest of lows as far as posting in a public forum is concerned.

Listen man. I don't really like to be negative about this stuff like this because it takes a lot of guts to commit to your artistic vision and share it with the world. That said, as an interaction designer I can't, in good conscious, not chime in here. I think you’ve got an error in your algorithm/platform.

I get why you would think to start with the Private/Personal Understander/Organizer/Developer’s user type, but you should really focus on the Public/Inter-personal Sharer/Contractor/Transactor first. It may be counterintuitive, as your GPHE algorithm is ultimately designed for (and is more powerful when utilised by)the general public but trust me; you are going to gain the most traction by targeting [Main Category 2] first.

Essentially the end goal for most contemporary platforms is to monetize. In order to replace or otherwise undermine the value proposition of existing networks and platforms (and algorithms contained therein) you are going to need focus on making the business case for GPHE algorithm’s-platform’s/project’s online currency. Until you’ve done that it will be very difficult to scale your data infrastructure to reach all of [Main Category 1] without facing significant competition from existing platforms.

However, if you lead by targeting Public/Inter-personal Sharer/Contractor/Transactor first, you mitigate this issue and can scale exponentially faster. It might not be the way you’ve envisioned it but I’ve worked with a number of platforms like this (though not exactly like this, obviously) and I think this is your best bet.

I dunno. My two cents.

Hmm it's been pretty civil so far at least. My expectations are super low given some of the media/opinion I've been exposed to in the last four or five months.

For fun, what's everybody's takeaway? It seems like his message is basically that we all need to unite in a global sense and be sure to use incoming technologies responsibly in a way that benefits all of humanity and allows each of us to reach our hidden potential?

So this guy is basically Breitbart's worst nightmare lol.

i mean, basically yes exactly?!?!

but like the fact is tech can and will advance to the point it will replace many existing systems and make a more even playing ground for everyone on earth
