Pixies Live

I am looking to liquidate my Pixies Vinyl... have kids and need to buy other things. I have a question regarding one of the records. I have the 7-song Pixies Live (August 10, 1989 Cabaret Metro) stamped Promotional copy. Not for sale. I can find this version all over the internet. My question is regarding the other version I have. The jacket art is the same between the two (for the most part) but the other one has 10 songs and is not stamped Promo copy. The record itself says The Gremlins, Into The White. It is copyrighted 1988 Black Francis Music. The version you can view all over the internet is copyrighted 1989 Elektra. It has been years since I copied these to cassette and listened to the cassettes so I cannot say they are in fact the same recordings. Here are some pics of the two: promo/not promo sleeves, promo, not promo.

Any information regarding the non-promo version would be great.

The full list (in no particular order) of what I have (in case anyone is interested) is:

Pixies Live (12" LP promo - 7 tracks - Made in USA)

Pixies Live (12" LP non-promo - 8 tracks - Made in USA)

Come on Pilgrim (12" LP 8 tracks - Made in IDK, doesn't say; Fort Apache recording)

Gigantic/River Euphrates (12" single 4 tracks - Made in England)

Surfer Rosa (12" LP 7 tracks - Made in USA)

Monkey Gone To Heaven (12" single 4 tracks - Made in England)

Monkey Gone To Heaven (7" single 2 tracks - Made in UK)

Doolittle (12" LP 7 tracks with lyric book - Made in USA)

Here Comes Your Man (12" single 4 tracks - Made in England)

Here Comes Your Man (7" single 2 tracks - Made in England)

Bossanova (12" LP 14 tracks - Made in USA)

Dig For Fire (12" single 4 tracks - Made in UK)

Velouria (12" single 4 tracks - Made in UK)

Planet Of Sound (12" single 4 tracks - Made in UK)

Trompe Le Monde (12" LP 16 tracks - Made in UK)

All vinyl is pristine and has only been played once for recording to cassette. All sleeves are pristine to very good. I have pictures of everything. Would really like to get information regarding the Pixies Live non-promo.
